Mrs. Clean It Right is an Alberta-owned commercial and industrial cleaning company serving businesses throughout Edmonton, Grande Prairie, Parkland County and surrounding communities.

We provide structured cleaning programs for commercial offices, industrial and oilfield facilities, dental and healthcare clinics, gyms, and multi-location operations. We also provide final move-in, move-out and property turnover cleaning for realtors, property managers and owners of vacant properties.

OUR STORY

Mrs. Clean It Right was founded by Jennifer Fisher with a simple belief: businesses deserve a cleaning company they can trust and rely on without having to constantly manage the details.

From the beginning, Jennifer wanted to build more than a cleaning service. She wanted to create a company known for showing up, communicating clearly, taking responsibility and doing the job properly. What started as a locally operated business has grown into a commercial cleaning company serving clients across multiple Alberta communities.

Rodney Fisher is an important partner in the company’s operations and growth, bringing extensive experience in oil and gas operations, supervision and management. Together, Jennifer and Rodney remain personally invested in the company’s direction and in maintaining the standards their teams bring to every facility.

As the company has grown, the values behind it have remained the same: reliability, accountability, communication and attention to detail.

Today, Mrs. Clean It Right provides recurring commercial and janitorial cleaning for businesses ranging from professional offices and healthcare facilities to demanding industrial and oilfield environments.

We also provide final move-in, move-out and property turnover cleaning to prepare vacant properties for listing, possession, handover or the next occupant. This service is designed for realtors, property managers and vacant properties rather than recurring residential housekeeping.

Jennifer Fisher — Founder

Jennifer Fisher is the founder of Mrs. Clean It Right.

Before building the company, Jennifer served with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for more than 20 years. Her experience in law enforcement helped shape the professionalism, discipline, accountability and high standards that guide Mrs. Clean It Right today.

Jennifer works closely with both clients and cleaning teams to understand expectations, address concerns and maintain consistent service standards. Her hands-on involvement helps ensure communication remains clear between the client, the company and the team responsible for each facility.

She understands the importance of trust, confidentiality, consistency and following through on commitments. Those qualities are reflected in the way the company communicates with clients, supports its cleaning teams and approaches every facility it services.

For Jennifer, building a successful cleaning company is about more than completing a checklist. It is about earning trust, taking responsibility and making sure clients feel confident in the service they receive.

Rodney Fisher — Director of Operations

Rodney Fisher is the Director of Operations at Mrs. Clean It Right. He brings more than 25 years of experience in oil and gas, including over 20 years in supervision and nine years in management.

His background in demanding industrial environments has shaped his approach to safety, accountability, planning and clearly defined standards. At Mrs. Clean It Right, Rodney oversees operations and business development as the company grows its commercial and industrial cleaning services.

Together, Jennifer and Rodney are building a company known for dependable service, consistent standards and lasting client relationships.
